Paddle Technique | age 12+
This stand-up paddleboard technique class is led by Betty's Board Shop PaddleFit certified instructors. If you want to improve your paddle technique, become more comfortable, stable, and efficient in the water, this is your opportunity for individual paddle analysis and instruction. All equipment is provided. When you arrive at the lake, park in the beach parking lot and meet the instructor at the boat launch. No lifeguard will be on duty. -
PaddleFit | age 12+
It does not get any better than a good workout on the water. The PaddleFit class will test your endurance, strength, and balance. All fitness levels are welcome; modifications are available.
