    If you become incapacitated, who will carry out your wishes regarding your health care and personal financial affairs? By having a plan, you get to make your own choices. Learn about and draft a Health Care Directive and a Power of Attorney. You should be comfortable using a computer, as work will be completed in a computer lab. Some prep work is required. You will receive an email with a questionnaire packet one week before class. Our instructor is an experienced estate planning, probate, and business law attorney.

This class is appropriate for those whose individual assets total less than one million dollars, including real estate, life insurance, and retirement assets. Before attending class, you will receive and must complete a questionnaire, which will be sent to you by Community Education.
