Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.
Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.
Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

During this workshop, we will cover strategies for maximizing your Social Security benefits. This will include five factors to consider when deciding when to apply for benefits, how to minimize taxes on Social Security benefits, and how to coordinate Social Security with your other sources of retirement income.
Justin has been working with Thrivent Financial since 2014. He loves working with people who are 5-10 years from retirement and helping them manage the transition from working to retired life. In his free time, Justin and his wife enjoy outdoor adventures such as camping, hiking, and fishing.
