Learn to prepare exquisite, classic French cuisine! We’ll begin with French onion soup, topped with toasted croutons and melted gruyère cheese, browned to perfection. Next, we’ll cook coq au vin—tender chicken breast simmered with pearl onions, mushrooms, and bacon in a rich Burgundy wine sauce—served with a wild rice blend and green beans amandine. To finish, we’ll create a light yet moist chocolate soufflé, paired with crème anglaise, caramel, and raspberry sauce. This hands-on class will guide you step by step through each dish so you can cook with confidence.

This class is offered in collaboration with Osseo Community Education. Please note that it will be held at Osseo Middle School.

Founder of "Flavors from the Home," Jeff's love of food began at the Lincoln Deli. He received formal training at L'Hotel Sofitel in Bloomington, MN and Houston, TX. His professional career spans over 40 years, and has taken him to such spots as Buca Di Beppo, Figlio, Sunsets on the Bay, My Pie Pizza, and the Sunshine Factory. Jeff has appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry; his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
