CE 2026 Summer

Get ready to sprint, jump, and throw into action! Our Track & Field Camp introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of running, jumping, and throwing in a fun, supportive environment. Campers will learn proper block starts, practice dynamic throwing and jumping drills, and develop strong running mechanics that build speed, power, and confidence. Coaches will also share practical tips and tools with athletes and their parents to help them continue improving long after camp ends.

Athletes should bring appropriate running shoes, a water bottle, and a few nut-free snacks.

*** Registering for a morning and an afternoon class at the same location? Join the "Lunch Bunch!" Community Education will provide a supervised hour between classes for you to enjoy the lunch you brought from home, then will get you to your afternoon class. Lunches should be nut-free and should include a beverage. No resources are available for refrigeration or to heat lunches, so plan accordingly. Parents/Guardians: please answer "Yes" to the Lunch Bunch question when registering for the morning class. There is no charge, but we need to know who is staying with us for the hour. ***
