Campers will get the best of both worlds with fast-paced 3v3 and 5v5 gameplay each day! Players will also be challenged through skill testing in dribbling, passing, shooting, and individual defense before diving into small-sided matchups of 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3. These games build confidence, creativity, and competitiveness before teams take the court for full 5v5 action.
To keep competition fair and fun, athletes will be placed on balanced teams based on performance. Coaches will emphasize proper shooting technique, footwork, and offensive moves, along with key defensive fundamentals such as stance, on-ball defense, and help defense.
Athletes should bring a water bottle and a few nut-free snacks.
