    Some theorists believe that loneliness is one of the hardest emotions to handle. Loneliness is not just being alone; sometimes solitude can be pleasant. Loneliness carries a feeling of being cut off or alienated. Sometimes, it makes one feel as though nobody cares about them. Lonely people often add to their distress by drawing away from others. We'll discuss the steps people can take to get away from loneliness, along with the ability to enjoy solitude.   • Loving Kindness & Friendship Meditation

    Adults of all ages are welcome to participate in this 2,500-year-old practice that helps us overcome self-dislike and builds proper self-love and self-acceptance. Meditation also helps us act more gently and lovingly toward others and live without fear or hatred. This practice improves good relationships and helps heal problemones.
