    Baklava is a traditional Greek layered dessert pastry made with filo, chopped nuts, and a few secret ingredients, then bathed in dreamy syrup. On the other hand, spanakopita is a Greek savory pastry consisting of delicate sheets of filo pastry wrapped around a filling of spinach, cheese, and other secret ingredients.   • California Sushi Roll Extravaganza!

    When it comes to sushi made with sushi-grade raw fish such as salmon or tuna wrapped in rice and seaweed, the sushi tolerance spectrum runs from a very strong “YES” to a very strong “NO” with little wiggle room in between. Enter these California “sushi” rolls! Join Tess as she walks you through making marvelous California rolls that will have you wondering why you haven’t tried to make your own before. California “sushi” roll combinations are limited only by your imagination! Make them vegetarian, with or without seaweed, spicy or mild -- it is totally up to you! Learn to how create delicious seasoned sushi rice and spicy mayo, and how to stuff, wrap, and shape the rolls. One of these fillings is a “crab” salad that will be created using imitation crab.     Let's cook up two delicious chicken dishes! Begin with bruschetta topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, Roma tomatoes, and sweet roasted bell pepper, sprinkled with fresh basil and drizzled with olive oil. Prepare Chicken Marsala with fresh sauteed mushrooms in a sweet Marsala butter sauce. See how that measures up against Chicken Limone topped with a chardonnay, lemon, and butter sauce with capers. Both entrees are served with Spaghetti Aglio Olio and tender garden vegetables tossed with olive oil, garlic, and Romano cheese. Finish with "Diplomatico," a divine combination of rum and espresso-soaked pound cake, rich chocolate mousse, and fresh whipped cream.
