Let's take our tennis game to the next level! We'll brave the challenge of 90 minutes of instruction on a full-sized tennis court (78 X 27 feet) using a ball that has 75% of the compression of a standard tennis ball. Practice groundstrokes, volleys, overhead strokes, serves, scoring, and court positioning. This class uses USTA Net Generation curriculum. Bring a racket, tennis shoes, and a water bottle. -

Future Stars-Red | age 4-6
The love of tennis starts here! Mini-nets, an 18 X 36-foot court, and specially-designed tennis balls are perfect for the youngest beginning players! The red tennis balls are larger and have 25% of the compression of a standard tennis ball, allowing players to have more rallies, more stroke production, and more FUN! This class follows the USTA Net Generation curriculum. Bring an appropriately-sized racket, tennis shoes, and water bottle. -
Intro to RC Car Racing | age 6-12
Are you interested in RC cars? Want to try racing them on a track? Explore what makes them work, then test your driving skills with several types of RC cars. Leave with a better understanding of this popular hobby. Cars are provided or you can bring your own RC cars to use (upon instructor's approval). -
Junior Royals Soccer | age 5-6
Help your little soccer player discover teamwork! Even the youngest kickers can learn the basics of soccer while performing drills and playing mini games. Sessions are split between skill development and scrimmages. Our staff will be at class each week to help your student along. For ages 3-4 and 5-6, your participation with your child is required. -
Junior Royals T-Ball | age 5-6
Play Ball! Introduce your child to the basics of T-ball. Sessions will focus on learning the basic skills of hitting, throwing, and fielding, with mini games later in the season. Parent participation is required. Weather cancellations will be made up the week of June 30. -
Junior Team Tennis 18U Boys Intermediate | age 14-18
Are you looking for some tennis competition? Join the Junior Team Tennis program with Coach Geoff Basham! 18U Intermediate teams will practice on Tuesdays, 1:00–3:00pm, and play matches on Thursdays. Players must be 18 or younger through the end of July. Each team must have at least 4 girls and 4 boys. Matches begin June 12 and will consist of 1 girls' singles, 1 boys' singles, 1 girls' doubles, 1 boys' doubles, and 1 mixed doubles (a player can only play a maximum of 2 positions per team match). Away matches will require transportation for each player. Transportation is not provided. Teams will not meet the week of July 4. Any match scheduled for June 19 will be rescheduled. *The first practice on June 3 will be 4:00-6:00pm.* Registration includes team registration, entry fee into the Section Championships, and a three-year UTSA Junior Membership.
